"Herbal medicine is my passion and I love teaching people how they can use herbs to help themselves.
Communities used to share a much greater depth of knowledge about plant medicines than we do today. I offer FREE 10-minute consultations to discuss your health concerns and how herbal medicine may help. This may include dietary advice and ways you can use common herbs to help yourself."
Glen Elliott MNIMH,
Medical Herbalist
At Linden Herbal Healthcare I aim to help you to achieve your health goals through the use of organic whole plant medicines.
You will be given time to discuss your health concerns in detail with a fully qualified Medical Herbalist who combines clinical diagnostic skills, counselling experience and specialist knowledge of herbal medicines and their potential interactions with other drugs.
Where necessary, appropriate nutritional advice, counselling techniques and massage therapy may also be employed to assist you to achieve optimal health. Together, as patient and herbalist, we will decide in your priority health issues and agree between us how to set about tackling areas of concern.
Patient Centred Healthcare
As a holistic therapy, it is you and not your illness that is the focus of treatment and so the treatment plan is individually tailored to meet your specific needs. Where indicated, a herbal prescription will be formulated to assist in your treatment plan. This will be made up according to your specific presentation and may consist of dried herbs for herbal teas, alcohol-based liquid tinctures or creams and ointments.
You're in Safe Hands
As Herbal medicines encourage your body's own natural healing processes without the use of pharmaceutical drugs. Administered by a qualified medical herbalist, plant medicines are a safe and effective means of treating and managing almost any disorder in infants, children, adults and the infirm.
